A. Heating (hot forging, hot fitting and smelting):

The purpose of hot forging is to forge workpieces with a certain temperature (different material requirements)
With the help of a press, forging press or other equipment,
For example, hot extruded watch cases, watch flanges, handles, mold accessories, kitchenware and cutlery,
Art works, standard parts, fasteners, mechanical parts, brass locks, rivets, steel pins

1. Induction melting mainly utilizes the heat generated by induced current to enable metals to reach their melting points and melt into a liquid state in a relatively short time. It is mainly applicable to the melting of iron, steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, and some rare metals.
2.Induction heating has significant advantages in energy conversion as it can convert almost all the input electrical energy into heat. However, most electricity is generated by coal, natural gas, or oil - fired generators, which can generally convert only about 30% of the fuel energy into electricity. Considering the losses during power generation and transmission, the heat generated by electricity often comes at a higher cost compared to the heat produced by households or businesses using combustion equipment such as natural gas, propane, and oil stoves.


B. Heat Treatment (surface quench):

It is mainly aims to change the rigidity of the metal materials through the heat treatment to work pieces. Detail

applications are stated as follows.

1. Welding of various hardware cutting tools, such as diamond tool, abrasive tool, drilling tool, alloy saw blade,

    hard alloy cutter, milling cutter, reamer, planning tool and solid center bit.
2. Welding of various hardware mechanical gadget: Silver soldering and brazing of metals of the same variety or

     different varieties, such as hardware toilet and kitchen products, refrigerating copper fitting, lamp decoration

     fitting, precision mold fitting, hardware handle.
3. Compound pot bottom welding is mainly applicable to the braze welding of circular, square as well as other

     irregular plain pot bottom. It is also applicable to plain braze welding of other metals.

 

D. Annealing (tempering and modulation):

1. Annealing of various stainless steel products, such as stainless steel basin, annealed and extruded can, annealed     folded edge,annealed sink, stainless steel tube, tableware and cup.
2. Annealing of various other metal work pieces, such as golf ball head, cue, brass lock, hardware copper fitting, kitchen

Operating Principle

 

Frequency - conversion electromagnetic induction heating, abbreviated as induction heating, is a method that heats metal materials by transforming the power - frequency power supply into a power supply within a specific frequency range based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.
