This product is especially suited for assessing electrical products in rainy conditions. The special designed shell and seal guarantee good performance and accuracy of the tested equipment and components.

Scientifically designed, the equipment can realistically simulate dripping, drenching, splashing and spraying in various environments. The comprehensive control system in combination with frequency conversion technology allows to adjust the rotary angle and the swing angle of the water spray pendulum as well as the spray frequency in a seamless way.

Technical Parameters:

Inner Box Material: The inner box is made of 304 grade stainless steel. This classic type of stainless steel is one of the most commonly used for the production of equipment that requires a high degree of corrosion resistance. Outer Box Material: The outer box is also made of stainless steel. This material is widely used in industrial and commercial applications for its resistance to rust and decay. Observation Window: The observation window is made of a special type of waterproof tempered glass. This kind of glass is highly resistant to scratches and impacts and is used especially in places where water droplets are prone to form. Pendulum Angle: The pendulum angle ranges from IPX3 to IPX4. With IPX3, the pendulum angle can vary between ±60° along the vertical line, for a total of 120°. With IPX4, it can turn ± 180° along the vertical line on both sides, resulting in a total of 360°. Pendulum Speed: The pendulum speed can vary between IP3 and IP4. IP3 is measured at 15 times/min, while IP4 at 10 times/min. Diameter of Water Spray Hole: The diameter of the water spray hole measures at 0.4mm. Spacing of Water Jet Holes: The spacing of the water jet holes is fixed at 50mm. Turntable Speed: The turntable speed can be adjusted between 1 to 10 rotations per minute. Flow Rate of Water Jets: The flow rate of the water jets is measured at 0.07 L/minute, with a plus-5% margin of error. Test Time: The test time is adjustable between 1 to 999,999 minutes. Drenching Water Pressure: The drenching water pressure is at a range of 80-100 Kpa. Power Supply: The apparatus requires single-phase AC220V power supply, with a frequency rate of 50/60 Hz.

Packing and Shipping:

The Environmental Test Chamber will be packaged in a cardboard box with a foam liner. Inside the box, the product will be secured with foam inserts to prevent any damage during shipping. The box itself will be labeled with the model number, serial number, and manufacturer information. A second box may be used if necessary for additional protection.

The Environmental Test Chamber will be shipped via a reliable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. The carrier will provide tracking information and a delivery date. The customer will be responsible for any additional fees associated with delivery.
