Introduction

The principle of high-frequency induction heating is as follows: When a high-frequency alternating current is applied to a coiled

conductor (usually a copper tube), it generates a magnetic flux. Subsequently, when a metal object is placed within this magnetic

flux area, the flux passes through the metal. An eddy current, which is a circular current that flows in a self-contained direction

relative to the magnetic flux, is induced within the metal. This induced current then generates heat due to the presence of the

eddy current, and that's why this heating method is known as induction heating. Notably, this allows metals and other objects to

be heated without any physical contact. At this point, an important characteristic of the eddy current is that in the area of the

object close to the coil, the induction heating effect is stronger on the outer side and weaker on the inner side. Leveraging this

principle, the heating can be concentrated precisely where it is required on the heated object, achieving an immediate heating

effect. As a result, both the production output and work efficiency are enhanced.
